   Some of the files are gone and links broken because they were replaced 
by links to the WayBack Machine at www.archive.org, which is not a true 
archive.  The archive.org links are often circular to www.aquarien.com, and 
even disappear in time.  Fixes may be made later.  

   This CD-ROM/web site uses electronic publishing techniques to gather 
together some of our research papers and publications for a more convenient 
review.  In order to make full use of it, you will need an Internet 
browser, either MS Explorer or Netscape Navigator 3.0, MS Word 97 or a 
Word 97 viewer, Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 or later and a means to view 
ASCII text files.  The html version, index.html, contains hyperlinks to 
additional information, including various digital versions of several 
research papers, and some data sets.  Netscape Navigator will load and 
display ASCII files when those links are pursued, as may Explorer.  

   The published papers presented here are drafts or preprints of those 
submitted to journals.  Except where the journals involved claim 
copyright, all rights to material here are reserved to Donald L. Baker, 
with copyrights on the dates indicated in each citation.  None of the 
material here is to be reprinted for other than fair use under the 
copyright law, without specific permission of the journals involved, or 
Donald L. Baker.
